Physical health and well being
We all want to be healthy and in great physical condition. Unfortunately, we do not always take the necessary steps to ensure our good health, even though we know exactly what those steps are.

As a life coach, it is not my job to remind you of the things you already know about taking care of yourself and how important good health is to living a rewarding and exciting life. I will not be your personal trainer, nag you to eat right or show my disappointment when you do not renew your gym membership. What I can help you with is exploring the reasons you are not as healthy as you would like to be and help you adjust your priorities so that exercise, eating right and reducing the stress in your life takes a more prominent role. I will also help you look at things in a different way.

A new perspective
Are you aware that poor physical conditioning and improper nutrition can prevent you from being a success in life? For example, you may lose a job to someone who is equally qualified but is more energetic and upbeat. It happens all the time in the business world. Also be aware that great opportunities in life tend to come to those who are active and involved in their communities, schools, local organizations and have a gregarious and giving nature—all things that require a high level of energy and persistence. Many believe that true optimism (a direct result of good health and well being) is the driving force that makes good things happen in life.

The mind/body connection
I can also help you with insight into the mind/body connection and how it affects your overall health and well being. Inner conflicts often manifest themselves in appearance, body language, level of optimism and lack of confidence. These are signs that there is an internal struggle that is unresolved or a crisis (however small) of indecision.
